Terms & Conditions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Ownership of sold artwork applies exclusively to the physical work only after the sale between the artist and the buyer.

Any risk of damage, mishandling, or loss of original artwork transfers to the buyer after the artwork leaves the artist’s possession.

The buyer agrees to the responsibility of insuring any artwork after leaving the artist’s possession, as well as the maintenance and care of the work to best preserve its quality and longevity. The buyer shall seek prior written and authorized consent for any repairs or restorations of a work.

No artwork after the sale between the artist and the buyer may be reproduced, copied, altered, or licensed without prior written and authorized consent.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, moral rights, and reproduction, are reserved exclusively with the artist.

All sold work will come with a certificate of authenticity, which must remain with the work in the event of a resale or transfer. Courtesy of the buyer to notify the artist of a resale, transfer, disposal, and/or dispossession of a work is greatly appreciated, but not legally enforceable.

The buyer agrees to temporarily loan sold works of art on request for any museum/gallery showings of the artist for the duration of the showing.

Failure of the buyer to agree/adhere to these Terms & Conditions may result in legal and financial recourse.
